Taxis in Naples are white and can be found parked in the most important points of interest in the city.

They run on meters and fixed fares are established only for destinations outside of the city.

Taxis must have a municipal fares list displayed in the vehicle.
If the fares list is not displayed, please ask the driver to see it.

Ordinary fares foresee a base rate at departure on weekdays of € 3,00 and a base rate at departure on weekends, holidays and nights at € 5,50.
These fares are added to the standard fare of the full course of the journey along with other supplements that are clearly visible and attached to the fares list.

A minimum fare of € 4,50 is applied on weekdays.
